In October of 2009 we contracted with a firm in Shanghai to work on enhancements and upgrades to our software. After 4 months  of training their tech person assigned to our company they then came back and said we must double the agreed upon contracted hours or they would not honor the contract. Even if we were so inclined we will never do business with any firm or person with such a lack of integrity to not honor a written contract. I am sure there are many fine software people in China but if you are considering using a firm there you may want to find out who this unethical, unreliable firm is so you do not get caught in such a trap.
