January 20th, 2011This week we welcome Jonas, starting one of the first trade exchanges in Sweden, Ernie, in Orlando, a corporate barter exchange and Mathew of Salt Lake City, also a corporate barter exchange. January 1st, 2011The final statistics for 2010 for The Trade Alliance network are truly great! Comparing 2009 to 2010:
2010 saw an increase of 7976 members in the network.
Total sales in the network increased by $23,334,415.67
In 2010 The Trade Alliance processed 667,584 transactions.
The Trade Alliance announces a new revenue sharing plan for 2011
December 28th, 2010Under a new revenue sharing plan all barter exchanges using The Trade Alliance barter software will be able to earn substantial revenue under the new revenue sharing plan put in place to begin January 1, 2011. Complete details of this exciting new program will be given to all our software users the first week of January.
November network sales
November 26th, 2010With a few days left in the month of November network sales are already almost $4,000,000 ahead of 2009. It appears most exchanges are going to finish the year on a strong sales note. With the addition of Value Card Alliance, That’s Tradeable, Barter 50, Barter Benefits and Cedar Rapids Barter in the last few weeks the network is also showing strong growth in new software users, expanding the trading abilities for everyone.
Posting transactions from your cell phone
November 1st, 2010In the last week Barter 21, a software supplier to the barter industry, proudly boasted that they have installed new 2d bar code technology and are the the first ones with “These amazing features.” Truth is anyone that is part of The Trade Banc network has been able to do transactions from their cell phone for 2 years. Second point – 2D bar codes are very insecure so anyone could start to use someone else’s account (most people are now using 3D bar codes).

October 8th, 2010This week saw 2 new exchanges join the family of over 100 barter companies using The Trade Banc online barter software. The newest members of our family are located in Amarillo, Texas and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

New custom websites
September 30th, 2010The new custom website for The Trade Banc will debut very soon. Others in The Trade Banc barter network are also changing to a custom site as The Trade Banc offers the ability for any barter exchange to have a truly custom site of their own using The Trade Banc barter software.
Network Growth
September 9th, 2010The Trade Banc network is healty and strong, showing a gain of 906 members within the total of all exchanges using The Trade Banc software and an additional 481 new members in August. Sales of all exchanges in the same 2 month period increased 23% over 2009. Over the next few weeks new software enhancements will be added as we strive to maintain our leadership role in the barter industry.
